* Typical Organic Solvents; Methanol & Acetonitrile (100% 물 또는 100% 유기용매가 사용가능하지만 두가지를 혼합해서 사용하는 것이 효과적입니다.)
* Changing from acetonitrile to methanol may increase signal intensity for a weak base
* Organic acids (e.g. formic, acetic) promote ionization of basic compounds (N- containing)
-Acetic acid at 0.1 - 1.0 % v/v
-Formic acid at 0.1% v/v
-TFA at up to 0.1% for pos. mode. (signal supression sometimes with TFA). Do not use in negative ion mode.
* Adduct Reduction-Neutral compounds containing nucleophilic lon pairs can be ionized by cationization with alkali metal or ammonium ions
- 2-20 mM Ammonium Acetate or Formate
